Mary P. O’Malley
ATTORNEY MARY P. O’MALLEY, graduated from Manhattanville College in 1975 and Suffolk University Law School in 1980.  Additionally, Attorney O’Malley received an LLM (Master in Tax) from Boston University in 1998.  She also obtained training and certification from the Cambridge Dispute Settlement Center for Mediation Training in 1996.  Attorney O’Malley was a staff attorney at the Massachusetts Laborers’ Legal Services Fund from 1981 to 1986.  She then worked for private law firm in Newton, MA from 1986 to 2002, concentrating in civil litigation and real estate, while continuing to handle domestic, probate and landlord-tenant cases.  She then returned to Massachusetts Laborers Legal Services in 2002.  Attorney O’Malley is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and United States District Court for Massachusetts.  She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and Massachusetts Association of Women Lawyers (MAWL), and currently serves on the Board of Directors of MAWL.
