Through the Massachusetts Laborers’ Legal Services Fund, eligible members have access to in-house attorneys who can advise you, represent you, and see your case through. You will not pay attorney fees. The Funds Office covers them. Out-of-pocket expenses are the client’s responsibility.

Do you qualify? Massachusetts Laborers need 300 eligible hours to qualify. Members in Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont need 450 eligible hours. Eligible members are covered for up to three qualifying cases per year, and all services are completely confidential.
