Eye exams
Comprehensive eye exams are covered in full with in-network providers every 12 months for members under 19, and every 24 months for members 19 and older. Regular exams go beyond updating your prescription. They can also detect early signs of conditions like glaucoma, diabetes, and high blood pressure.
Frames and lenses
Choose from designer and premier frames through the Davis Vision Collection or Warby Parker at no cost, or receive a $150 allowance toward frames outside the collection.
Contact lenses
Prefer contacts? Your plan includes a contact lens evaluation and fitting, at no cost, plus full coverage for Davis Vision Collection or Warby Parker contacts or a $150 allowance towards others.
