Up to 3 cases per year are covered with NO charge for attorney’s fees, subject to eligibility. Laborers also have access to a 24/7 phone line, in both English and Spanish, for any of your legal questions.
Your benefit covers a broad array of legal issues, including:

- Applying for citizenship
- Criminal & domestic matters
- Any other legal issues covered under the Legal Services plan
