LABORERS’ MEMBER DASHBOARD
The Massachusetts Laborers’ Benefit Funds has created an online Member Dashboard for members to be able to track their Pension, Annuity, Health & Welfare, and Legal Services status. This is an easy, up-to-date online portal for members to access all their information in one site. The Member Dashboard works in conjunction with the Photo ID card.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Your P# is your Massachusetts Laborers’ Benefit Funds ID number. It is completely unique to each member. No other member has the same P# as you.
You can locate your P# in several places:
- On the front of your MLBF Photo ID card
- On the top of your EOB from Health & Welfare
- On your Cigna card (your P# is the first 8 digits after P)
- On the top of your Pension & Annuity Statement

- Click Log In on the home screen toolbar.
- Click Register/Activate under NEW USERS.
- Complete the User Registration form.
Click Register for Access once completed. Follow activation steps.
Once registered, be sure to check your email for the activation code and link. Then complete the activation process.
Click here to reset your password.
Answer the two security questions. Once you’ve successfully answered the questions, you will receive an email from ISITE Account Services with your temporary password.
Once you receive your temporary password:
- Return to the Log In page
- Enter your P# and temporary password
- Click Log In
- Complete the registration reset page
- Click Return to Main Menu
You’re now logged in!
