Whether you’re on the job or at the beach, remember to protect your skin from long-term complications like premature aging and skin cancer.
Stay safe in the sun by following these tips:
- Use a sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher
- Re-apply once every two hours, or every hour if swimming
- Wear sunglasses or a hat to decrease exposure
- Spend time in the shade when possible
Don’t forget to drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration and heatstroke.
